How long does implementation take?
Both JAN Standard and Enterprise are ready to use immediately after signup. Custom ATS integrations may require additional development time.
How does blind screening work?
Identifying information is removed before the AI evaluates a single line. JAN goes beyond names and photos to catch the subtle signals that can bias screening.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
JAN Standard does not store candidate data at all, so there is nothing to delete. JAN Enterprise retains results for 14 days after screening so your team can access them, then all data is automatically deleted.
How long does screening take?
JAN Standard processes hundreds of resumes in under 20 minutes. JAN Enterprise handles high-volume batches in the background and notifies you when results are ready.
Does JAN replace recruiters?

What file formats does JAN accept?
PDF and Word documents (.docx). Upload files one at a time, select multiple files at once, or upload a combined PDF with multiple resumes. JAN automatically splits and processes each one individually.
